Cancellation policy

STANDARD ORDERS

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfilment process promptly. We are therefore unable to guarantee cancellations, but will do our best to accommodate requests made within a short window.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@sanjewear.com with your order number. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

If your cancellation is approved before the order has been dispatched, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

Discounted and sale items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordering allows you to secure a piece before it's available, whether it's being hand-embroidered or is simply out of stock. At checkout we will collect full payment.

If your pre-order hasn't been fulfilled yet after 30 days of the promised time, you can cancel by emailing us at contact@sanjewear.com. Any deposit paid will be refunded to you in full.

Once fulfilled and dispatched, the order can't be cancelled.

If your pre-order is subject to a significant delay, please reach out and we'll do our best to find a resolution. Each situation is handled individually and we're committed to being fair and transparent throughout.
